All participants featured within the pages of Splat! HQ was over the age of the 18 at the time of filming and production. All participants are required to sign a release form before any material is released on Splat! HQ. If you are a model who has worked with us and would like us to remove any of your images or videos please email us at SplatHQ@gmail.com to discuss the options open to you.

All material shot and then posted on the site is done so under the strict co-operation and say so of the participants.

Site contents

Splat! is a site for all ages and does not feature full frontal nudity. If you are offended by partially clothed models (such as Male models in swimwear) then we recommend you do not enter the site. You will not find any "Adult content" on Splat! HQ

Reposting or sharing any of our material is strictly against the law. We will strongly consider legal action against individuals or parties that break our copyright.

Right Of Protest

If you feel that something you find on our site is unsuitable to be posted you can email us at SplatHQ@gmail.com with your concerns. It is not our intention to offend, we will act on any complaint or protest we receive.

The Models Rights

The models featured within the pages of Splat! HQ and in our videos have given us permission to use their images ONLY for our site. Copying and re-posting models images on other websites be it in video or picture form (on ANY WEBSITE including social networking sites) is against their wishes and they they may wish to peruse legal action against individuals who re-posts their images on other sites without their consent.

Purchasing

If you purchase a video or picture pack from our site your information will remain strictly confidential. We never pass your details on to third parties.
